Reports are coming in about a new drug-testing agreement. I'll have more on this later tonight, but it seems for now that this is a victory for Bud Selig. But will it placate Congress?
Major League Baseball's Collective Bargaining Agreement expires after next season, and Bud Selig will come to the forefront of the negotiations this season. I'll be chronicling the talking sessions. Meanwhile, an ex-Boston GM needs a job, and who better than an intelligent lawyer who has never owned a team to run MLB?
